The forest where I live is filled with beautiful leaves and blossoms—petals that glow softly in white, droplets that glisten upon the leaves.
In this work, I have preserved the natural texture of the washi paper, using both delicate pale hues and rich, deep tones to capture its quiet, luminous atmosphere.
ぼくの住んでいる森は美しい葉や花であふれている。白くほのかに光る花びら、葉に滴る雫。
和紙そのままの表情も残しながら、淡い色や濃い色をデリケートに使って描きました。
